Shag Rewards
Shag Rewards are issued for client referrals to your service provider at Shag. Your provider must participate in the Shag Rewards program (providers are not required to participate). To accumulate Shag Rewards points, ask your provider for a referral card. Enter your name and your Shag providers name on the card and refer your provider to friends or family. Your referral MUST present the referral card to Shag's staff upon arrival for their appointment to receive credit. Your Shag Rewards will post to your account automatically and may be utilized 24 hrs. after posting. One referral is worth 1000 Shag Rewards points!

Shag Rewards may ONLY be used for services with the service provider listed on the referral card. Shag Rewards may NOT be used for any other purchases at Shag.

Referrals must be a new client to the Shag provider.

The value of Shag Rewards is fixed at $0.01/point. For example, 1000 Shag Reward points = $10 credit. Shag Reward points have no cash value and may not be refunded for cash. Minimum redemption value is 5000 Shag Rewards points.

Defective styling tools that connect to electrical power will be replaced up to 30 days from date of purchase. After 30 days, manufacturer warranty applies. Shag will assist in obtaining manufacturer warranty assistance for its clients.

Shag Services

Some of Shag's service providers are INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS, and as such are NOT EMPLOYED BY SHAG. Questions regarding pricing or complaints regarding services provided by these service providers will be directed to these individuals. Shag has limited control over most of the operations of these individuals. If requested, Shag will attempt to mediate a solution to issues that may arise but ultimately the independent contractor has the final say.

Please consider the above information when posting reviews to websites such as Google or Yelp. Negative reviews harm businesses. Please consider the fairness of leaving a negative review for Shag when your bad experience/service was by an independent contractor. Your opinion should be heard, but properly directed.

Shag's service providers are prohibited from selling retail products individually. All retail products sold at Shag must be purchased from Shag at the front desk. A receipt will be offered to ALL clients for retail purchases. Shag will not refund or exchange any products obtained at Shag that violates this policy.
Shag Privacy Policy

This policy is also applicable to Shag's client management software used for scheduling of clients, contact management and point of sale functions. The Shag website is a advertising and promotion site. By using the Shag website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement. Shag collects email addresses for internal use only, to include direct client contact, usernames, online scheduling functions, appointment confirmations and occasional marketing efforts. Your email addresses will never be sold to a 3rd party.
Collection of your Personal Information
We do not collect personally identifiable information from our users. We may gather personal or non-personal information in the future.
Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by Shag. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Shag website.
Shag encourages you to review the privacy statements of websites you choose to link to from Shag so that you can understand how those websites collect, use and share your information. Shag is not responsible for the privacy statements or other content on websites outside of the Shag website.
